It used to be that animators were a rare breed. But today they are springing up like mushrooms, and animation company that receives thousands of applications from highly qualified people each year. They are able to choose the best talent.

As a person unable to employ as an animator before I pop the DVD reel, typically I scan through the resume to see where the candidate z.
